Thank you for taking the time to read our Terms
of use. We aim to deliver an excellent service
and you our customers are at the forefront of
our thoughts. We have written this document with
you in mind and welcome your feedback. |
| In the following
Terms and Conditions 'the Supplier' refers to
Dormer (Ireland) Limited and 'the Buyer' to any
person or company that has bought products or
received samples from Dormer (Ireland) Limited.
Dormer (Ireland) Limited
reserves the right to periodically review and
update the following Terms and Conditions.

Damages
|
| The
Supplier, Staff, Delegates and Service Providers
shall not be accountable for any damage or loss
arising from the use, application or storage of
the goods and supplies. Recommendations made by
the Supplier, its Staff, Delegates and Service
Providers concerning the use, design or application
of the products are believed to be true but without
liability on the part of the Supplier, its Staff,
Delegates and or Service Providers. |

Quality
|
| The
Buyer shall give the Supplier advice of any claim
that the goods are not of relevant quality within
7 days of delivery. This will enable the Supplier
to investigate the complaint before such goods
are used.

|
Price
|
| Prices
are ruling on date of despatch. The Supplier reserves
the right to change prices without prior notification
to the Buyer. |
|
Payment Terms
|
| All
products purchased using the on-line shop are
to be paid for by credit or debit card at the
time of purchase. The Supplier must receive payment
in full for all products and delivery charges
before they are despatched. |

Delivery
|
| Dormer Ireland
Limited, aim to deliver ordered goods on the next
working day where possible in Ireland, if orders
are placed by 12pm. If for any reason we are not
able to deliver within 3 working days we will
contact customers |

Ownership
|
| All
goods delivered remain the property of the Supplier
until paid for in full by the Buyer. |
|
Loss or Non-Delivery
|
| In
the event of damage, loss, non-delivery of goods
or any query relating to the goods, the Buyer
must notify the Supplier within seven days of
receipt of goods. |
|
Unfulfilled Items
|
| In
the event of a consignment being incomplete and
an item being shown as to follow, the Supplier
will deliver that item as soon as it is in stock,
on the next scheduled delivery to the Buyer. In
the event of goods being returned by the Buyer
a credit will not be issued if the goods are more
than 1 month old or if the goods cannot be re-sold.
All goods returned will be inspected and credits
will be given only at the discretion of the Supplier.

Passing of Property
& Risk
|
| The property
and risk in the goods shall remain with the Supplier
until the point of delivery. The risk shall be
deemed to have passed from the Supplier to the
Buyer at point of signature on the delivery note. |

Patents and Trade
Marks
|
| The
Buyer shall not make use of the Supplier's trademarks
or patents without the consent of the Supplier |
|
Contract
|
| The
Contract Between The Buyer And The Supplier. The
Supplier must receive payment by credit card for
the whole of the order before the goods are dispatched.
Once payment is received the Supplier will confirm
acceptance of the order by E mail. The Supplier's
acceptance of the Buyer's order brings into existence
a legally binding contract between the two parties. |

Price
|
| The
prices payable for goods that the Buyer orders
are set out in the Dormer Ireland Limited website
and are applicable to mainland Ireland only. Prices
are quoted excluding VAT. The Buyer will be required
to pay extra for delivery and it might not be
possible to deliver to some locations. If a delivery
charge is applicable the Buyer will be advised
by email or by phone. Prices may alter due to
supply considerations, however you will be notified
of any alteration prior to completion of your
order. |

The Right To Cancel
The Contract
|
|
The Buyer may cancel
the contract with the Supplier and return the
goods up to seven working days from receipt
of the goods. All notification of goods to be
returned must be made by email or in writing
and the Buyer must send the goods back to the
Supplier at Dormer Ireland Limited, Castlebellingham,
Co. Louth, Ireland quoting the order number
at the Buyer's own risk and cost. On the receipt
of the goods they will be inspected by the Supplier
and providing they are re-saleable the Buyer
will be refunded the cost of the goods, however
the carriage charge will not be refunded.
