What makes the ModulDOS-System so interesting? |

'ModulDos' uses
the latest technology to stream line dry cleaning
to produce excellent cleaning results. It
is a modular system that utilises a programmable
six unit pump system fitted to a dry cleaning
machine to treat each kind of garment with
customised cleaning products. This results
in more effective and economical cleaning
of individual garments and stains.A
major benefit of the 'ModulDos' system is
that it eliminates approximately 75% of the
required pre-spotting and pre-brushing thus
saving considerable time and labour.

Using the programmable
pump system, cleaning products are added selectively
to provide excellent and economical cleaning
results. The tailored cleaning programmes
reduce significantly the amount of garments
that need to be re-cleaned saving the dry
cleaner time and money.

The cleaning programs
on the 'ModulDos' include four single bath
and four double bath programmes, with two
special programmes. When one of the pumps
is running low on cleaning product an automatic
alarm is activated, giving the dry cleaner
sufficient time before it is empty to reorder
from Dormer.
Dormer supply and install the pump system
to ensure it is running correctly on a machine.
